As a Daymak authorized dealer we offer warranty repairs at no charge for parts or labour. The warranty on the new replacement part(s) shall be limited to the duration left on the original written warranty (as per customer’s original signed invoice).
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Any damages from neglect of periodic maintenance.
Any damage resulting from repairs, maintenance, modifications or adjustments not performed by Sudbury E-Bike.
Damage occurring from rally, racing or use of the product in a location which is not used for normal operation of such vehicle.
Any damage which results from use beyond the limitations specified in the Operations Manual such as overloading the vehicle, or any damage from the use under abnormal conditions.
Damage caused when the product is used as a rental vehicle.
Any damage which results from use of non-genuine parts or accessories (aftermarket/other dealer’s add-on/replacement parts).
Any damage due to improper storage or transport of vehicle or batteries.
Regular wear and tear items. Sudbury E-Bike does not cover in the warranty policy parts (including, but not limited to, light bulbs, tubes, tires, worn brakes, cables, fuses, etc.).
Any damage which results from unavoidable disasters (natural or otherwise) and/or secondary damages based on any of these occurrences (fire, flood, wind damage, snow, collision, theft, etc.).
Any damage resulting from the passage of time (natural fading of painted surfaces, plated surfaces, sheet peeling, and other deterioration).
Incidental or additional expenses incurred for making the warranty repair at the location of purchase, such as towing, pick up and deliveries, as well as any losses during maintenance period, such as loss of time, loss of business and/or rental car expenses.
Scheduled maintenance and inspections fees.
Delivery and shipping charges are not covered under the regular warranty.
You must properly use, maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the Owner’s manual. You must maintain a record of the vehicle’s required periodic service. Periodic service is considered regular maintenance and is not reimbursable.
Follow all safety instructions in your owner’s manual and read all warning labels carefully. Remember to always wear the necessary safety gear when operating your scooter or E-bike. A helmet is mandatory on all open vehicles. Please check your local municipality for any local operating laws.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the event a product arrives damaged, we will replace all damaged parts free of charge, however Standard S&H fees may be applicable if not collecting the parts directly from our store location (the Standard S&H fee is the amount it cost to ship certain part(s) to you and based on Puralator/DHL rates).
Minor scratches, stress marks, or rubbing marks are not covered. We will replace parts that in our opinion have arrived with substantial damage.
Sudbury E-Bike offers a 7 day Money Back Guarantee from the day the product arrives on all purchases returned in original packaging (a 20% re-stocking fee applies). This guarantee is applicable only if the unit is in new condition with no damages/user abuse. If the unit is damaged there are no refunds or exchanges.
